About this event

Help the Friends of Humber Bay Park and Toronto and Region Conservation Authority get rid of plastic bags, bottles, cans and other litter along the trails in the park. Working together, we can make a huge difference!

The event is FREE but registration is REQUIRED.

MEETING LOCATION will be on west side of the park. Please see map below for more details.

The safety of our participants and staff remains our top priority.

During a time when there is inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 where people are present, the event will follow current public health advice and provincial guidelines at the time the event takes place.

This means that things may look a little different — but you’ll still enjoy the great outdoor experience at our events.

If you have work gloves at home, please bring them with you. If you don’t, we will have sanitized equipment available for participants.

Please bring your own refreshments in a reusable water bottle. We will have water on site for refilling and light snacks will be provided.

When registering to participate, please use a valid email address and phone number so we can keep it on file for contact tracing purposes following the event.

All participants are asked to adhere to physical distancing of at least 2 m (6ft) and face masks/coverings, while not required, are strongly encouraged for everyone attending when the 2m physical distancing can not be maintained.

PLEASE NOTE: Prior to attending the event, every person is encouraged to complete the Ontario Ministry of Health self-assessment for COVID-19. If you do not pass the assessment, or feel unwell prior to attending the event, we ask that you do not attend.

Thank you for your interest in our event and we look forward welcoming you there!
